Submission Guideline

1- The authors and participants who will send an abstract to the congress must fill in the Congress Registration Form.
 
2- A participant can present a maximum of 2 papers at the congress.
 
3- When submitting a paper, the presentation preference (oral or poster) should be specified on the "Abstract Template".
 
4- Papers to be sent must not have been published/presented before.
 
5- Papers to be sent should be prepared in accordance with the "Abstract Template". Click to download the template.
 
6- Abstracts should be prepared in English.
 
7- Abbreviations should not be used in the abstracts.
 
8- Abstracts prepared with the help of the template should be sent to utuc2023abstract@trakya.edu.tr  e-mail address.

9- Before registering for the congress, the "Congress registration fee" must be paid into the following bank account.

10- Since the abstracts sent to the Congress will be published in the Congress Abstract Booklet, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for spelling errors.
 
11- Posters should be prepared electronically (e-poster) in JPEG format with 1081 x 1918 pixel dimensions. Its resolution should be 300 DPI.
 
12- Participants will be able to present their oral presentations in Turkish or English according to their preferences.
 
13- Oral and poster presentations that are not presented will be removed from the abstract book.
